What we collect
Through the enquiry form: name, company, phone, email and the description of the building you entered. You provide this voluntarily and without it we cannot answer the enquiry.
Technical data on a visit: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited. Used for security and aggregate statistics, without identifying you by name.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation or a survey - on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
To perform a design, installation or maintenance contract, if one is signed.
To protect the website from abuse and keep it secure - on the basis of our legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: up to 12 months from the last correspondence.
Data under a signed contract: for the term of the contract and for the statutory retention periods for accounting and technical records.
Who we share it with
With the providers that run our website and email, only as far as needed for those services to work: hosting and email delivery.
With public authorities, where we are required to by law.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
